Ya me sabe mal «fusilar» un artículo. Siempre me gusta hacer un pequeño resumen o introducción y después referenciar el original. Eso me parece más noble que copiar y pegar, pero en este caso no veo otro modo mejor de contaros que los chicos de Photo Rumors, después de gastar un par de trapos frotando su «bola de metacrilato», han quedado tan electrizados que la susodicha «Bola Oraculal» les ha contado todas las novedades «Olympicas» que se esperan para la ya inminente Photokina.
Esto es lo que les ha dicho. ( El firmware para que las «bolas oraculares» hablen en castellano llegará cuando tengamos gobierno).
- Olympus E-PL8 camera (pictured above) – no release date yet, the official announcement got delayed because of the recent Kumamoto earthquake.
- Olympus OM-D E-M1 Mark II camera is also expected with 4k video, handheld high resolution mode, 20MP sensor, improved AF and EVF. A new E-M1 model was recently registered at the Indonesian Communication Agency.
- This year Olympus celebrates the 80th anniversary of their first camera, the Semi-Olympus and we can expect also a new model to commemorate the event.
- The Japanese website Nokishita already reported that Olympus has registered a total of four new cameras with the code names IM001, IM002, IM003 and IM004, so there are at least two other unknown models – probably one new compact and a new Tough model (just my guess).
- At least two new MFT lenses are also expected/rumored. One of them will be a new M.Zuiko Digital ED 30mm f/3.5 Macro (already registered in Russia).
- New Olympus FL-900R flash (to replace the current FL-600R) and new Olympus STF-8 twin flash set (similar to the STF-22) are also already registered in Russia
- A new HLD-9 battery grip is also expected.
Y ya está. El Oráculo ha hablado y ahora se va a tomar un cortado porque ha quedado agotado por el esfuerzo.
