Que logo más soso, ¿ no ?
Al más puro estilo de nuestro querido profe antaño los chicos de Photo Rumors han frotado su bola de metacrilato preguntándole que podemos esperar en la ya casi inminente Photokina y esta, entre grandes chispas y fuegos artificiales electroestáticos producto de unas irresistibles cosquillas, ha contado todo esto.
Algunas cosas no tienen ningún mérito pues o ya han sido presentadas o lo harán de forma inminente y ya han sido suficientemente filtradas. De otras en cambio se ha hablado bastante menos y pueden tener «su aquello».
- New Ricoh GR camera
- Fuji X-T3
- Fuji GFX 50R
- Fuji GFX 100s + new GF lenses (not expected for Photokina)
- GoPro Hero7 Black camera
- Rumored Leica cameras and lenses
- Rumored Nikon cameras and lenses (Nikon still has another event on September 25th)
- New Irix lens
- Zeiss mirrorless digital camera
- Zeiss Otus 100mm f/1.4 lens
- Zeiss Batis 40mm f/2 CF FE lens
- Canon EOS R mirrorless camera with new RF lenses and a new flash
- Sony is behind on updating their A-mount offering and APS-C mirrorless product line but I have not seen any reliable rumors yet. A new Sony A7s Mark III and Sony a6700 cameras are a possibility as well as some new E-mount mirrorless lenses (200-600mm, 24mm f/1.4 GM) but like I already said – so far there are no leaks, no rumors, no pictures, nothing. Sony doesn’t even have a press event scheduled for Photokina this year.
- Olympus may announce a new special edition camera or a lens for their Micro Four Thirds 10 years anniversary (2008-2018) or for the company’s 100 year anniversary that is coming next year (October 12th, 1919). Olympus doesn’t have a booth at the 2018 Photokina show, so do not expect anything big to come out in 2018. A major Olympus announcement is expected in 2019. Olympus 12mm f/1.2 PRO lens is still a possibility.
- Panasonic full frame mirrorless camera is rumored (they already have a countdown), but I will take that with a grain of salt – if it comes, it will definitely not have a Leica SL mount.
- Two new Sigma lenses (one is rumored to be 70-200mm f/2.8)
- Light is planning to release a 9-cameras smartphone
- Affordable RED 8k cameras
